RETURN POLICY

If you would like to request a return, please email support@mbmsteele.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Any relevant photos (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and reply with next steps within 2–3 business days.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 72 weekday hours from the date we receive your return for your refund request to be processed. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays, and sales. Thank you for your patience.
